Development plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this new document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing distinct parts of the property.
Accompanying this are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.
